Tasting and Blending

While we are great fans of the purity of single cultivar wines, there is always room for some expert blending! Our 3Q is what we define as our easy drinking and accessable red. As a Rosso Umbria IGT it reflects the true Umbrian characterstics of an everyday red wine. Sangiovese obviously features highly in our blend together with with structure of Cabernet and the roundness of Merlot. This is us with our winemaker Fabrizio putting the final touches to our 2016 3Q.
